IBF "Guest Bloggers"

We're trying a new format for the IBF Blog for the next few months. There will be a 'blogger of the month' on a rotating basis. The idea is to bring a breadth of opinion and commentary from the IBF on the intranet and portal world.

The first post will always be a short introduction - so this is me: Sam Marshall. I'm the Director of Research for IBF as well as part of the benchmarking team. Until recently I worked at Unilever as portal implementation manager and on a "new ways of working" project. I'm particularly interested in Intranet Strategy, personalised (targeted) information delivery and online collaboration. This last topic includes virtual team working and how Web 2.0 can be of value in the workplace.
